Production, Scoring, Delivery
Currently, Racial Justice (RJ) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) data is updated and produced quarterly to data licensees. Each quarter, our researchers explore company websites, corporate diversity disclosures, reports, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory filings, as well as other sources to accurately assign Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scores to each company.
Key Performance Indicators
Currently, there are 31 distinct DEI KPIs and 27 RJ KPIs divided into different pillars. All are focused on the disclosure of various material information. These metrics are used to assign an overall score for each company. Currently, we target 20 companies on pesticides, 200 on plastics and 500 on CEO pay.
Existing data sets are aggregated to enable extraction of company-level data across eight issue areas over seven-year period, totalling close to
1 million unique data points across the Public 3000 companies.
