Meri Podzic is CEO of As You Know, a DataTech benefit corporation building corporate sustainability data infrastructure for investors. Since joining in December 2023, she has led the development and commercial launch of the AYK platform — covering 3,000+ public companies, and many other data listings, supporting tools including Invest Your Values, which connects investors with data on corporate sustainability performance across funds and holdings.

Meri’s career spans the World Bank, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, the International Press Institute, and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, where she worked at the intersection of strategic communications, institutional development, and sustainable practice. She also brings startup advisory experience, supporting early-stage ventures on strategy, sustainability, and growth. That background informs her approach to AYK: making high-quality corporate sustainability data accessible, actionable, and commercially sustainable.

She is also co-founder of Claim.Impact, an EU-based hub helping companies meet CSRD and sustainability requirements – extending her work on data infrastructure from capital markets into the broader economy.
